Galaxy WatchHi,
Has anyone been facing a similar issue in the past month? When I run using my Galaxy Watch5, it measures everything correctly but after I end the run, it can't compute the average running pace. Instead, it's shown as --:-- or --':--" (see attachment).
This has the consequences of messing up many other metrics in the run review screen. It makes little sense also because the instantaneous pace is available, the pace of each lap is available... Only the full average is messed up.
I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to fix this - looks like a software bug.

Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with your not showing the average running pace. This forum is for support of US products and customers. As your product is a non-US model and support for these models is very limited, please seek a support team for your area. You can do so by using this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
