I'm the owner of a Samsung Galaxy watch model (d927) SM-R810.
Suddenly the back button (top button from the right side) stopped working. The watch is new and have very few working hours.
I will not press harder to try to fix the problem because that should not resolve nothing and can damage the contact.
I'm quite disapointed with this factory problem and I'm not alone as i read in this forum.
I bought the watch over the Internet. Hope i can deploy the customer service here in Portugal. I will update this issue as soon i have more news.
