Back button not working

My back button was spotty then dies a month or two ago. Today I followed the trouble shooting guide and reset my watch.  In the startup process there is a step to teach you to use the backup button.  I cannot get past this step as the back button does not work.  I went from a fairly functional watch to a non-functional watch.  Any suggestions?

Thank you for reaching out. Service would be recommended for the watch. I will be happy to look into your options. Please send a private message with the full model code and the serial number or IMEI number of the watch. They should be available on the back of the watch in small print.
