My back button was spotty then dies a month or two ago. Today I followed the trouble shooting guide and reset my watch. In the startup process there is a step to teach you to use the backup button. I cannot get past this step as the back button does not work. I went from a fairly functional watch to a non-functional watch. Any suggestions?
