Back falling off and burning skin

My wife has had about 6 watches been the S2 and the Galaxy watch. The back has some of on all of them. She returns then and gets replacements, however, this last one had the back fall off and burned her skin because it overheated. I want the know what Samsung plans to do about it. We are returning it and going to another product. Between the phones, the bad watches and the prices, it is time to move on from Samsung.

Hello there, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you and have this escalated to our specialized team. If you wouldn't mind sending me a private message with the full model code of the watch I can get that sent to them.

To late now. We returned it, got it money back and switching everything to Apple by the end of the year.
