I just got my Samsung Active 2 watch a month ago and the back button is not working at all anymore. I had to reset it because the Samsung Pay notification kept popping up on the watch screen and wouldn't stop. Then once I did that it went through how to swipe again and then when it tells me to press the back button, I will and it won't regisiter that I've pressed it. I've already pressed and held the button with no luck. I have turned on and off my phone multiple times over the weekend. I kept it off for 2 days, just turned it back on and no change.
