Battery Drainage and slow charging

Post update to One UI 3.0 on Samsung Galaxy S10+, My Galazy Watch (2018 Model) charges slow (takes 6-7 hours - Full Charge) and gets drained in just one hour time. 

Please assist.

do you have apps running in the background of your galaxy watch? you can also try and reboot , your galaxy watch it helped me.

My application usage: Contacts - 25% Battery rest hardly 1%. Reboot 5 times ince morning. No luck.

Is your galaxy watch still under warranty? I know the feeling when my watch was acting up I only got 4 to 5 hours at best.
