Galaxy WatchI have the Galaxy watch 42mm in rose gold. Last night it did a new Tizen update and now my battery is dying - from a full charge to dead in less than 2 hours! It takes longer to recharge than it does for it to die again. HELP!!!

Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can understand how frustrating this can be. A factory reset is the recommended troubleshooting step for battery drain. If the issue is not corrected or if you are unable to connect after completing the reset, the next step would be to have the watch serviced. Galaxy WatchMine as well. It went from 77% to zero in under an hour. I can't even get it to turn on or charge at this point. I have a Galaxy Watch Active. It's now charged to 48%, but previously when I tried to turn it on while on the charger it would immediately show zero charge.

Galaxy WatchI finally got home to my charger. Watch completely dead. I put on the charger and let it get to 9%, then turned it back on and replaced on the charger. It started LOOSING charge even as it was supposed to be charging! 😡😡 Turned back off, replaced on charger and it's up to 12%. I have no hope at all that it will last when turn it back on. Sooo ticked off!!

Galaxy WatchSamsung Support Twitter told me to factory reset and now it's stuck in "finishing pairing" and I can't get it to finish. Even after a factory reset it went from 100% to 17% in three hours. Fix this! My watch is completely non-functional.

Galaxy WatchOMG! That is exactly where I'm at too. Did a backup, then reset. Now the watch says "check your phone to complete setup", and the phone is stuck in "finishing pairing limbo". Nothing will function! Grrrrr. FIX THIS NOW!!!!
I've uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, turned the watch off and on..... NOTHING!!
