Bezel on SM r810 stopped working after R810xxu1fub6 update

Hi, my galaxy watch SM-R810 was working perfectly until the R810xxu1fub6 update was installed. The bezel stopped working.

Did hard reset many times.

Everything else is ok.

Ran hardware diagnostics and "Rotary hall IC" is "off" and all other values are 0. 

Is this a software problem? If so, when will you patch it?

I had an issue if I turned the bezel while on the charger it wouldn't work after I took it off. When I put it back on and waited for animations to finish then it worked or if I put it on my wrist it would work super weird. Only after my Samsung health and find my phone updates though before I updated it didn't do it. I know it was that because of 3 or 4 resets and trying different things. Pretty sure it is a software issue but I intend to find out before the return window.

Thanks, I just got an update today, my hopes were up, but unfortunately it didn't fix the problem.
