I got a new phone, and had to resync my watch to the new phone which required a reset. After the reset, my Bitmoji face is an option, but does not sync with my Bitmoji as it previously did. No, this is not related to the separate "Facer" app mentioned in other posts. This was one that was done directly, with no issues and was active as of yesterday, before the reset. While the galaxy AR is nice, I preferred my bitmoji. Is there an update to software coming to correct this issue? Again this is NOT related to the separate "facer" third party app, as I never had that or used that before.
