Bitmoji watch face doesn't work for watch 7

I just brought the new galaxy 7 watch (44mm Bluetooth only) after upgrading from the 5 pro and the bitmoji watch face doesn't show my personal bitmoji or have animations anymore. Is there any troubleshooting recommendations?

Contact Bitmoji, they are after all the developers.

In the app store there is usually a contact developer!

Bitmoji is and facer supported app right now facer watch faces are not working on the watch 7 or the ultra unfortunately
