My galaxy watch ultra is not showing bitmoji watch face

Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your frustration with not being able to use the Bitmoji watch face with your Galaxy watch Ultra. Definitely they not showing up under pre-made with watch faces when selecting bitmoji face 😒

Same issue. It literally worked until I had to reset my watch because I got a new phone (Samsung doesn't allow you to connect to a new device)
