Galaxy WatchHonestly you can try a hard key reset, but repairs would likely be needed. You are welcome to give us a call to look into repair options at 1-800-726-7864.

Galaxy WatchI don't know if this will work, but I'm about to try turning my watch completely off, and letting it fully charge. And then trying to turn it back on while still on the charger. I'm experiencing a similar issue where my watch will not display any information on the screen. I do not remember if mine got hot and turned off or if it just turned off. But I still get vibrations and all that too.. So good luck to you
