Blood Pressure has arrived on Watch Series Devices

Just got an update on my Galaxy Watch Ultra for Health Monitor. Blood Pressure is now included!

To find the update:

1. On the watch, open settings
2. Click on Apps
3. Scroll down and click on Samsung app updates

Unfortunately it hasn't yet made it to the Samsung Health Monitor on the phone.

My update came in on my phone first from the galaxy store and then downloaded it to my phone.
It might have already downloaded the samsung health monitor to your phone.
Open the samsung health monitor and see if there's a tab for blood pressure. If so, then all you need to do is calibrate the watch and you're good to go.

You can check if the update is available on the watch by going to Settings - Apps - Samsung App Updates

I had to select and update Samsung Health Monitor myself on the watch.

It works... it's pretty cool. Im at the gym just .messing around with it. After running a mile just over 5 minutes at 10% incline, sitting in the sauna for 15 minutes

Do you have to get the arm cuff for it, or is it all on the watch?

Yea, I already had an arm cuff. I got it a couple years ago using my hsa card

BP is done on the watch but you will need to cuff to manually calibration the watch before you can use that feature
