The Blood pressure measurement is via the Samsung Health Monitor. So far I haven't seen an update to that app on the phone, only on my GW Ultra.

Galaxy WatchYou can manually force the update by downloading the most recent version of the Samsung Health Monitor app from apkmirror.com.
