I have an Active 2 and sometimes my sleep graph shows a solid blue block without breaking it down into light sleep, REM, deep sleep, etc.  What causes this and how do I fix it.  It seems random.

It means that the watch hasn't gotten a good reading throughout the night, and is just estimating time slept. Make sure the green flashing sensor at the bottom is firmly against your skin, with nothing interfering - bracelets, too much arm hair, etc - and also that it's charged and in it's fully on mode. I noticed when I switched from my Fit2 to my new Gear, it doesn't read if it's in Power Saver mode, only during do not disturb. I hope this helps.

Thank you so much.  I adjusted the position of the strap further up my wrist to fit more snugly and that seemed to work! I finally got an accurate reading.  Again thanks for responding!
