Bluetooth disconecting

Had my galaxy active watch 3 days!! I've tried everything on the previous thread plus loads of YouTube videos!! This is ridiculous,  I thougt I was upgrading, going from huawei gt2 watch to galaxy! Clearly not and its obvious its a known fault. I'm starting to wonder if this is why there giving them away free with paticular Samsung phones. Unfortunately for me it wasn't free and paid nearly £170 for it!! 🤨😠😠😠

If after all troubleshooting is performed to no avail, I would recommend getting your device evaluated by a technician. samsung never complete their work, they settle with good enough.. please use the report button on Wear app for issues
