Galaxy WatchHello, I'm new here and maybe my question has been covered before, if so I apologise...
The watch 6 usefully advises me when it's lost Bluetooth connection with my phone. I'm able to cancel the alarm/notification and bring the two devices back in BT range.
When I swim I leave my phone in a dry place but wear the watch. It correctly advises that BT is lost. I cancel the alarm, but a minute later it alarms again and again and again.
Any way to make it understand that I'm aware BT connection is lost and get it to shut up?! Thanks Chris

Galaxy WatchWhen you swim, you should put the watch in airplane mode, as neither wi-fi, nor mobile, nor Bluetooth signals travel through water and it wastes a lot of battery trying. If you do this, you will not continually get the connect/disconnect vibrations every time you lift your arm out of the water. You can also just turn off the disconnect notification. Wear app/watch settings/advanced features/disconnection alerts. If you have your watch set to remote connect, your phone and watch will stay connected even out of Bluetooth range as long as both have a network connection (they do not have to be on the same network or same type of network). So, you don't really need the disconnection alerts. However, if battery life is a concern of yours, airplane mode is the way to go. You are not going to answer your phone or a notification in the middle of a swim workout anyway.
