Bluetooth icon in quick panel for fast on/off Bluetooth on galaxy watch 4 missing

hello

i have galaxy watch 4 classic 46mm.
last week my watch stopped to power on, i still had warranty, they fixed it, in papers there is info they replaced motherboard and installed newest software
watch was fully cleared and i realized i dont have anymore blueetooth icon in fast panel. i checked on edit screen on watch and on phone app galaxy wearable and nothing.
i know i had it.

i didnt not. when i returned watch to shop for warrant fix they update it for me. im starting to think in this version this icon is removed. but im sure i had it

It shouldn't be removed. A factory reset will most likely fix it

@Kostuch Is your GW4 a BT model or LTE? 

The BT icon is not on my GW5 Pro, GW4, nor Gear S3. They are all BT models.

i bought my watch 28 august 2021. i had this icon. but i wasnt upgrading my soft. now when soft is upgraded icon is gone...
