I'm having many problems with the watch 6 Classic. I can never get past 67% when trying to take my body composition. It always stops there and gives me all sorts of reasons, like don't touch anything but the button or try wetting your fingers ,or raise your arms ,or,or,or........ While I'm at it samsung health used to announce current and average speed ( current speed 3.9 mph, average speed 4.0). It now only announces step count. Please bring back current and average speed. Thanks. I never had a problem on my watch classic 4 getting  my body comp. I hope it is a software problem and not physical.

Just got my new watch 7 on Sunday, I managed to run the composition once when I first found the function but ever since it has been failing on 67% no matter what I try. Pretty frustrating...

Galaxy 4 user here.  Cannot get past 67%, the error message insists the watch must be tighter.  It is so tight it is leaving marks on my skin.  I have tried every recommendation here in this forum, power down, power up, rubbing alcohol, lick your fingers, flip your watch to the inside, use moisturizer, clean your watch, and on and on and on.

I give up. If its 67% for everyone here, for the past year and a half, how is it that this issue remains open without resolution?

This function fails 90% of the time. I've done everything correctly and it still fails. They should fix what's wrong before adding new features

Are you talking about the overall body composition where it goes from 0 to 100% and you've got to hold three fingers on your watch? If so, I found that if your body doesn't produce enough oils the sensors will not recognize the electromagnetic impulses. So what I suggest, and it's gross, is to wet your fingers with your tongue and then rub it on your wrist and then make sure your fingers are a little moist when you touch your watch. It works for me!

Same. 6 months ago I used to use the feature with no problems, now I tried it again and it stops at 60%. Tried rubbing the sensor with alcohol swabs, tried to rub the buttons with swabs, tried restarting my watch, tried placing the watch deeper on my forearm, tried placing it on the bottom part of my wrist, tried the other arm, yet still nothing happened. I fear the sensor is not working anymore, but I hope it's a software error.
