I am having issues charging. Charges (very slowly) from the out of box original charger. But gets a flashing green light (and no charge) from my wirelss acer charging pad. And won't charge when set on top of my S10+ while other devices have no issues with the alternate methods.
Any thoughts? Preferably that don't involve a factory reset. LOL I've only been using for 2 days but man...I hate reseting everything. :-D
Resetting it isn't bad if you have it set to back up to your Samsung account before hand. Also, I have a Note 10+ and I've noticed that to charge my watch, the watch has to be positioned almost perfectly. I have no issues with charging my Galaxy Buds off my phone. I feel like the charge surface on the watch is smaller so it's harder to line up. You should not have issues using the included charger. If you do, it could be something wrong with the watch and like you said, possibly resetting it
