Hi. 

 

My husband brought me the samsung galaxy watch rose gold when it first came out and ever since then when ever i wear the watch it causes burn marks on my wrists. I regularly clean the strap and constantly swop which wrist im wearing it on but the same thing still happens. Has anybody had any luck in finding out why this is happening and what can be done about it?. Im extremely disappointed in this as it was very expensive when first purchased. If someone from samsung would kindly get in touch that would be great! :thumbs_up:
