Burn on my wrist

JUMP TO SOLUTION

15614031688452803306882626706444.jpg

After wearing my Samsung Galaxy watch it appears that I have a burn where the heart rate monitor sensor is. Now that watch wasn't cheap, so why is this happening?  Not very happy at all with this.

I hope you're ok! The watch shouldn't burn. But since it did, I recommend getting it looked at by Samsung, or ubreakit.

Thanks! I'm not quite sure what it is but I do know it was caused by the watch

Looking at the picture, I would think that you would feel it happening if it is a burn of that intensity.

I would expect that you find out it is an allergic reaction instead.

Possibly so, but it appears a lot of people have this issue and it definitely has something to do with that sensor I'm sure.

I have same problem since update. Replied to another message to a Samsung person with a photo. No response. Just did a chat with support. They said to not use the watch anymore until someone from their team can contacts me. They say it's due to safety issues. That is concerning!
