I received a Galaxy rose gold watch as a christmas gift in Dec 2019. I contacted Samsung customer service regarding burns and blisters to my wrist. They requested that I return the watch. Samsung received the watch in Jan 2020 and I have not gotten a resolution as of Sept 2020. Samsung has my $400 watch and has provided no assistance other than multiple escalations to Corporate since Feb 2020. Has anyone received a resolution of any type from corporate for injuries (possible refund, a replacement watch that doesn't cause burns, or a fix (work-a-round) to the watch burns?
