I've been wondering how accurate is my Galaxy Watch in counting workouts calories burned.
On a 10K outdoor run for 56 minutes, my watch says I burned 466 calories. I'm 92.5kg (204lb).
I then went to the Samsung Health app and manually entered my 10K run, the app believes I burned 1017 calories. That's a 551 calories difference!!!
Too big of a gap to trust either one, although the manual entry more closely match my running app (not samsung running app?
Anyone else experiencing this problem?
