Every time I try to login in my account with galaxy wearable app for my galaxy watch, an error appears and did not enter. (It says connection error). I have a lg g7 thinq. It's possible to fix this problem?

I'm having the same issue. Every time I click on Samsung account, it says "Warning" "Check your network connection, and try again". I've tried resetting my watch, clearing cache, and uninstalling, reinstalling the wearable app. It's become very frustrating.

No, my galaxy watch is paired with my Android. The issue lies with signing into the Samsung account. I can't download anything from the Galaxy store because it won't let me sign in. When I click "sign in," a white screen appears, and then goes away. So I haven't been able to use the watch to it's full potential. As I understand it, this was a major issue back around April 22 and apparently Samsung fixed it. But my phone "Le Eco LEs3" and other Androids are still experiencing this issue.
Can I please get your full model number, baseband version, the device your watch is paired with as well as the Android version on the device? Also can I please get your service provider and the app version for the Samsung gear and gear fit plugin?
