I'm having a similar issue with my app as well, cannot access the galaxy store from the app but am still able to access from my galaxy watch. I have a Google pixel 3XL for my phone

Same issue as above. Pixel 3 on Android 9.0. Wearable version 126.96.36.19931361. Watch software version R500OXA1CSG6. I don't know what Store version, it's just the Store as it launches from the Galaxy Wearable app. I've only had my Galaxy Watch and been in the Samsung ecosystem for 5 days, so I'm not sure what I'm supposed to chase down here.
Is there a system wide problem going on right now or something similar to that? I just purchased a watch yesterday and I don't know if I have a defective watch or if it's something bigger going on. I like the watch and don't want to take it back to you the store but if I can't get this resolved I'm going to strongly consider a Google OS watch. Thanks
