Same here I have a one plus seven pro as well. I just purchased my gear s3 yesterday and it worked fine. I downloaded apps from the store and watch faces then today it abruptly stopped working. Are you getting that message from the Galaxy App store in your watch?
Same issue and there are several posts on reddit and everyone is having the same issue.
Basically if you have a samsung phone (and since you do you have the galaxy store in its own separate app) then everything is fine. However for everyone on android that doesn't have a samsung phone and has to access the galaxy store through the galaxy wearable android app then the store is down for all of them. Most of the time when you click on galaxy store you get "an error has occured" and it cancels the request, about 1 in 10 times you get a blank white page, and 1 in 100 times you might get the homepage but can never purchase anything. It's obviously broken for all those users that don't have a samsung phone.
Same here. Was working fine earlier on my Pixel 3xl. Wanted to use my motorola g7 and now getting the same error message when trying to access samsung app store. Uninstalled all samsung apps and reinstalled. Nofifications are fine, but can't get to MY Apps or anything else in the app store including purchased watch faces. Gear S3 frontier is my watch
I am unable to access the store as well since the update 2 days ago. I am so discouraged with this ENTIRE experience. My watch stopped receiving text notifications with the previous UI update and now this? C'mon Samsung. This watch claims to work with updated Android phones.
