Can't add Card to Samsung Wallet on the Galaxy watch 7 from the phone

The title mostly sums it up. Trying to set up Samsung Pay on my watch 7. I have two payment cards set up on my phone, but when I try to add them to my watch 7 via my phone, the wallet app says there's no payment cards to add to my watch. 

 
Anyone know how I can get this working? I don't want to have to switch back to Google pay because it has issues at a lot of terminals.

It used to be such a simple process, now they seem to have over complicated it. Apparently ow you have to add the cards to the phone and then the watch. I have the same 7 cards in both my wallets from before the change, but If I go to add a card to my watch, it says the same as yours. I would try adding one of the cards again and see what happens. You may get asked if you want to add it to the watch. I don't have any cards to add at the moment, or I'd try myself. If that fails, go into the wallet app, tap the dot menu, select settings and scroll down to contact us.

I re-added the Samsung card I have and that did the trick. 👍

Did it ask if you wanted to add it to the watch, or did it just add it automatically, since it can't be added twice on the phone. I'll file the answer away for future reference.

I removed it from my phone then re-added it. After adding it to my phone it asked if I wanted to add it to my watch as well.

Ok. So one can assume that any new card added to the phone will also be asked if they want to add it to the watch as well. Sheesh. You get used to a process and then the go and change it without giving instructions.  This actually appears a little simpler, since you don't actually have to go through the process of adding your cards to two separate devices, you can just add to both at one time.  They should have included instructions, though.
