Can't clear my home screen.

after doing a factory reset on my samsung active 2 watch it's telling me to touch the screen with my palm to turn it off. And I've tried what it suggested with no luck. But other than that the watch is fine. Please help me. Thanks.

Try going to the setting and resetting everything

I've did that twice already, mabe 3rd time a charm.
