Just bought the Active 2 today, and this is what happens:
1. Confirmed I was registered with Samsung.
2. Got the watch setup fine.
3. Downloaded the Samsung Health App.
4. The app tries to take me through two-step verification and asks me for my email address and password, so I enter this information.
5. I get this message:
Sorry, the resource you want to access is forbidden, so this request has been refused. If you have any questions, please contact the administrator.
I wanted the watch and app to be able to track calories in/out. I'll have to send the watch back and get a different device if I can't get this resolved.
