I STILL cannot log into Galaxy Wear app from my phone. I still keep getting a white screen. All the watch faces I puchased have disappeared. this problem has been going for over 10 days now.

I have finally been able to log in with the assistance of 2 very patient employees of the Samsung shop at my local mall. They logged my phone into the mall WiFi and then were able to enter my credentials onto the login page.
I also have not been able to access the Galaxy store using the Galaxy Wear App. Just get a white screen.
I have a Huawei p10 lite and live in Namibia, Africa which is next to South Africa.
This is unacceptable that this problem has been going on for nearly 2 weeks now and I hope Samsung gets this fixed ASAP otherwise I am returning the Galaxy watch!
I had the same problem not being able to log in...however it randomly worked about 2 weeks ago however when I got excited and have just purchased a new galaxy watch and both my new watch and S3 frontier have connected to the app and now I cannot log into the Samsung account anymore on any of the watches....so disappointed....get it fixed samsung!!
