Cant access galaxy store or Bixby through Active Watch 2



Like others, I am having trouble accessing the gear store through the watch it says 'Somthing went wrong. Try again'. Bixby also doesn't work returning a network connection error even though I am definitely connected and have tried multiple networks.


I have also noticed that on the phone app under 'discover', top watch faces and top apps are not showing. When I press refresh nothing happens. Has anybody got a clear solution?


I have tried resetting cache; however, this doesn't work either. I have seen mutiple people with the same isssue in this forum and others.
