I just got a new Galaxie watch 6 and added a trade-in Galaxy Watch 5. I sent back a wristband watch that got it duplicated and the trade-in. The wristband was delivered, but the trade-in never arrived. Samsung blames Fedex, and Fedex just does not resolve the issue. I was asked to call Fedex and manage the issue on my own. The end story after multiple chats with Samsung support was sorry you need to pay for the trade-in your lost. Just mad about the whole incident, last time I buy the brand and the website.
