I just got a new Galaxie watch 6 and added a trade-in Galaxy Watch 5. I sent back a wristband watch that got it duplicated and the trade-in. The wristband was delivered, but the trade-in never arrived. Samsung blames Fedex, and Fedex just does not resolve the issue. I was asked to call Fedex and manage the issue on my own. The end story after multiple chats with Samsung support was sorry you need to pay for the trade-in your lost. Just mad about the whole incident, last time I buy the brand and the website.

I pretty much had the same issue. I filed a claim with FEDEX for the value of my trade in. It is still pending since the claim process takes time.

Did you keep the reciept from FedEx when you traded it in? Also do you know the tracking number it should have been emailed to you. If you have that get the FedEx app ( it's free) and see if you can find out where your stuff is. I hope you get lucky

Does FedEx show it was delivered? I have had to call the corporate office for FedEx many times on a continuous problem I've had. Maybe try that, if you haven't already.
