Please acknowledge that there are battery drain issues regarding older devices since the release of Galaxy Watch 3.
Please work with the Community to find out what's causing the issue. Maybe release a battery/CPU usage logging app that would pinpoint what's causing the bluetooth disconnections, high CPU usage that lead to battery drain on older devices.
I bought my watch one year ago. A week after the one-year warranty expired, the battery drains within hours unless it is in power saving mode. This all started after a recent update. It no longer connects properly, it's worthless to wear outside since the screen is not visible.
Is it really worth replacing the battery to have the same issues?
Same issue. Battery gone within 24hours since Tuesday. Took 3-4 days before. At the same time stopped counting steps and hearth rate. Stairs climb doesnt work for weeks. Had Gear S2 before. Also a lot of problems, mostly after some update.
I was so stupid I bought Galaxy Watch after the terible experiences with Gear S2.
Need to find different producer. Never ever Samsung again
