I have had 4 galaxy active 2s. Three of them I sent back to Verizon where I purchased them and the four I sent back to Samsung. All defective. Samsung tells me their water resistant watch is vulnerable to humidity and has water damage even though the seal was never broken and has never been put in water. They tried to charge me 219.75$ I refuse to pay for this false advertisement. I live in FLORIDA! ITS HUMID 80% of the year. I cannot control weather. Why sell something that can't be used in this environment and call it "The Active"? I don't recommend anyone pay for this device. This is outrageous.
@elianafeijoo no I have not because when I called the number your rep sent me to a tech number. The number said the mailbox was full and hung up on me. I'm more than upset. 4 of your watches and this is my explanation.
