We Really need an Applications Compitability with Dexcom G6 CGM. The Samsung wear watches have it. And I paid more for this watch than the samsung wears cost. I should get a better product. but after recieving it not only did i learn that i cant use facebook on it, the main reason i bought it was to check my Glucose levels as a type 1 diabetic, and i cannot even find an app or watch face compatiable with it.

Galaxy WatchAre you kidding me? This watch is useless, I bought it only so I could track my dexcom. I should have just switched to apple products. How can you not have fixed this????

Galaxy WatchUnfortunately it is up to the product development teams in order to add or remove features. The only thing we can do is escalate the request, which was done back in August. Sadly I cannot guarantee an answer to any requests for new features.

Galaxy WatchThis is a truly pathetic response. Clearly you dont care about people with real illnesses, you simply want to sell a gadget for people to count steps. Unbelievable! Returning my watch in the morning and will never buy another samsung product.

Galaxy WatchYou need to provide better updates. technology for the diabetic population is rising to make life easier but everytime samsung releases a new product they are behind with the medical industries app connectivity. I don't want a generic answer are they working on something or is it time to swith to the dark side?

Galaxy WatchNot only the G6 app for the user but the Follow app so those of us that need to follow our children can use the LTE watch without phone. We understand theres a product management team..but it's available on other brands' devices...

Galaxy WatchSo any updates or is it time to receive another "we appreciate your feedback, blah blah blah" response that essentially translates to "we aren't working on anything"
Never wanted to go back to Apple, but clearly Samsung can't keep up with people that have medical issues. Obviously just a person of one here and no impact to the bottom line, but your company is no longer deserving of my support and money.

Galaxy WatchI'm not a Dexcom user, but I am a 72 year old man who is deeply concerned about falling, especially if I crash on my bike when I'm out for a ride. I've been waiting patiently for the promised "Fall Detection" for almost a year now, and still nothing.
I've asked repeatedly if the Samsung Active 2 (or whatever it's successor will be) will automatically dial 911 (emergency services in the US) if the watch is not connected to a carrier. Nothing, I'm hesitant to check myself, as they don't enjoy "test" calls at those emergency centers. I've also asked if the promised "fall detection" will automatically call the emergency services, like the Apple Watch will do. Even if not connected to a carrier, even if not connected to the phone.
I'll wait for a bit longer, but right now, I'm evaluating both an Apple Watch series 4, (to be upgraded to a series 6, if I decide to stay with Apple), paired with an iPhone 11 Pro, and comparing that setup with a Galaxy S20 Plus, and the Active 2. Right now, because of the one question that no one seems to be able to answer, the Apple is on my wrist. Pretty soon, the void in communication will result in a very nice, mint condition S20 Plus going up on Swappa.com
