Is there a way to get the Dexcom G6 app on this watch... to see my glucose readings. Thanks in advance

That should probably be a priority for the Dexcom company to address.

G-app developer contact is trupici.sk@gmail.com.
Ask him to make the watch face component of his app also work with Wear OS 3.
Dexcon itself has this information. https://www.dexcom.com/wear-os-google.

Wear installer worked for me can see now regular plain watch face

For clarity, you can connect the dexcom transmitter right to the watch without the need for a phone?
