I just recently started using the Samsung Health Food Tracker. Based on my age, height, weight, and activity level, it recommended a specific number of calories to eat daily. My question is, does that number adjust for the number of calories I've burned in a workout? For instance, it recommends 1700 calories a day, and I burned 500 calories at a workout today, so does it mean I can eat 2,200 calories? I'm trying to figure all this out.
