I'm very aggravated.
I have the Rose Gold 42mm.
I see all these posts about the Galaxy Smartwatch battery draining and not One real solution.
It's all the same blah blah blah.
I have not owned this very long and about to return it.
I have turned every app off plus Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, everything but messages and phone.
I have turned off notifications, rebooted, updated watch and gear app on my phone etc, etc.
The watch will totally drain in under an hour.
ALSO, it overheats easily.
What is going on with very expensive watch?
I am not happy at all.
I'm having the same problem lately. Watch wont last more than a couple hours and starts overheating and burning my arm so I have to take it off and let it cool down. I sit in an air conditioned room all day at work, theres no reason it should be overheating. Was perfectly fine prior to updating it a couple months ago and I could wear it consistently for 2-3 days without charging it.
a gentleman got back with me, through private message. He is supposed to be setting me up with a replacement. I have not heard back from him. I'm assuming that is in play right now. I don't know if they'll do the same for you, but it could be a possibility.
Samsung Adam, can you please check to see if Samsung Larry put in a request for my replacement phone?
