Duplicate messages

I just switched from Verizon to T-Mobile and my Samsung Galaxy Active watch to now keeps getting a duplicate messages whenever it's an LTE mode. T-Mobile tried to fix it with an update but it did not work. I've tried everything resetting network settings and anything else I can think of. I don't know what else to do

for whatever reason it happens to me when watch and phone disconnect from Bluetooth, my watch will then get all the messages I've gotten all day duplicated. it seems like its a message queue issue with the watch sim number😕 also on t-mobile.

I'm having the same problem and it's driving me bonkers!! I've read sooo many  samsung/ tmobile forums and reddit threads with lots of potential solutions but so far nothing concrete
