Galaxy Watch

Hi, I am in Australia and I am trying to get the ECG feature to work on my Galaxy Watch Active 2. I cannot find the Samsung Health Monitor app on the Google Play Store. I am wondering, do I need a Samsung Galaxy Smartphone to be able to use this feature?
