ECG not working on Active2 watch

I have 2 samsung active 2 watches and one of them ECG is not working.
When I place finger on the top button screen either show a flat line or very dense heart rate patter almost like a thick solid line/bar for 5 seconds and then start again from 30 sec again and again in a loop.
