Galaxy WatchNot sure if this is the same issue you're having, but I tried multiple times with my index/pointer finger, and it kept saying to keep still, and it would restart. Then I switched to my middle finger on the sensor, and it worked fine. I've had my active2 since it first came out, and haven't treated it gently by any means (I'm in construction, and wear it every day) but the hardware still worked fine once I figured out how to use it properly. My issue was, the finger I used... Anyway, I hope this helps someone.

Galaxy WatchI have the same issues, reloaded software, did everything the watch and app said. Talked to Tech support this morning, and they opened up an RMA for the watch under warrenty. So see what happens, I will post an update once I get it back.

Galaxy WatchSending mine in under warranty repair. It's a bad watch plain and simple so start sending them in and get it replaced. mine was only 6 months old.

Galaxy WatchDid you just do it as well or if earlier how long did it take? Did they send repaired, refurb or new?
