ECG not working since last update

When I try to measure ECG I get the count down, but it never reaches 0 as just resets and tells me to place my finger on the button.  I reposition my finger and it starts the countdown again. Only to reset again and if I press to hard it tells me not to press so hard. The watch is snug against wrist and I tried moving it up my wrist a little with still the same result.  I have the watch for 10 days and worked up to the last update.  No issue with my A2.

Contacted via email and haven't heard response back from them or wether my email was received.

Now I'm getting moisturize your skin and retry or you must be wearing you watch for 10 minute messages. Been wearing the watch for the past 4 hours.
