Galaxy Watch
New Galaxy watch 7 will not sync with Galaxy 23+ phone. Phone uses Samsung Email app to load comcast.net emails. Watch will not load Samsung email app or Galaxy Store app. Outlook and Gmail apps will not work either. Cannot see any emails on my watch. Old Galaxy watch worked fine with SamsungcEmail app.

Hi!

You might want to check if your email notifications are turned on on your watch.

Unfortunately, the Samsung Galaxy watches do not have Samsung email. If you want to look at all of your emails on your watch, you can download Gmail on its Play Store.

>To turn on the email notifications, go to the Wearable app

  • click "Watch settings"
  • tap on "Notifications"
  • click on "App notifications" and make sure all the apps you want to see notifications from are selected.

Three days, four calls, three live chats and two software updates, finally gott emails pushed to watch through Outlook. Still waiting for battery life to imprive.
