Fast charging via pins for Galaxy Watch

I believe it's absolutely essential that Samsung integrates side-pin charging into its upcoming Galaxy Watch 9, not only for the speed but also because of the heat generated by the inefficient wireless charging. And before you use the "convenience" of wireless charging as an excuse, let me ask you a question. Do you really find it convenient to have to wait 1 hour for your watch to charge and then have the charge last a day and a half or two? A pin-based charging system would only require leaving the watch plugged in for 15 minutes, which would be much more convenient even if the battery only lasts for one day. The pins could be integrated into the left side where they would not be in contact with skin sweat. There would be no sacrifice involved since wireless charging cannot even be used with the Galaxy S25 Ultra's reverse charging because the watch does not support it.

To reach someone at Samsung and make feature requests, you will need to use the members app on a galaxy device, visit the support tab, and navigate to "send feedback."

However, please be aware that Samsung is unlikely to respond directly to user feedback regarding hardware design as they have dedicated R&D teams for this purpose.

If charging via pins is a priority for you, you may consider the Galaxy Fit3 as an alternative.

While it is somewhat limited compared to the standard Galaxy Watch, it is a solid option that charges via your preferred method.

You're suggesting a charger like this one with pins on it for the Galaxy Watch 9. This is for a Fitbit, but is this what you're talking about
