Fall detection really should at least have the option of calling an emergency number, like 911 in USA. The Apple watch calls 911 when it detects a hard fall so why can't yours as well. To get around this I tried making 911 an emergency contact which isn't allowed because it's not a 10 didgit number. Calling an emergency contact at 2 in the morning is as useful as screaming for help in an empty building.
