Galaxy WatchDuo is a very commonly used 2-factor authentication program, something which is only becoming more common. Duo pop-up notifications for approval show up on Galaxy phones but not the most recent watches. According to Duo, this is because of limitations with the WearOS 3.
"Galaxy Watch 4 and/or WearOS 3 are not supported as they do not allow for our push notifications to be approved from the watch. Older watches and WearOS 2 are known to still function."
This is a major inconvenience and something that Apple watches and most other wearable devices allow. Please update the software to permit Duo notifications on the Galaxy Watch 4!

Galaxy WatchI'd second that. Please submit an error report via Samsung Members.

Galaxy WatchThanks Bill! How do you submit an error report through the website? I googled it and only see instructions for the app, and I'm not going to get the app just for this.

Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand the importance of being able to use our apps on multiple devices. As @bill-e stated submitting an error would be the next step. Give this link a try for steps to submit an error report: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Samsung-Apps-and-Services/How-to-submit-an-error-report/td-p/247.... Please know that error reports can only be submitted from a Samsung device using the Samsung members app.
