I forgot the pattern to unlock the watch! I completely went blank, a couple of days ago. I believe I've remembered (?) the pattern; however, now I'm locked out because I've had too many failed attempts!

If anyone knows what to do, please let me know at your earliest convenience.
Much appreciated,
Lisa

Doing a factory reset will remove any downloaded data and custom settings you may have on the watch and restore it to factory defaults. If the watch is not connected, this would be the only option for troubleshooting. If you are still unable to access the watch after resetting it, then the watch will need service. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

Hello, Lisa! I understand how you feel, I constantly am having to remember random passwords to things, and I forget to write stuff down, and it's a hot mess! lol 🙂

However, I got you covered!  You can log into your Samsung account, if associated with the device, to regain access and remove the pin/pattern from the device.

To do so, head over to Samsung’s FindMy Mobile URL (http://findmymobile.samsung.com) with your Samsung Account credentials and unlock your device. Here are some additional steps below once you get there to give you some more direction. This should do the trick!

1.After logging into your Samsung Account on the Find My Mobile website, select the device you need to unlock.

2. After selecting the device, you will see another panel appear. Select “Unlock Device”.

3. Once you click “Unlock”, you will enter your Samsung account password and the screen lock will be removed.

4. If you do not have a Samsung Account for the device set up the only other way is to perform a Factory Data Reset.

Thank you so much for your instructions. One problem...watch says it's not connected to internet. I'm not sure why, it should be. Also, after 30+ failed attempts at unlocking, am I permanently locked out? I THOUGHT I may have remembered it, but it didn't accept it...just wondering. I'm very nervous to delete data. When selected, warning indicates all data will be permanently deleted & I would no longer control...??? What does that mean? I don't know that I have any other choices at this point. Any tips or suggestions? Thanks much!!
