I loved the s3 frontier, does the bezel still work? it could be to to natural wear and tear that the device has stopped working

I tried all steps and nothing worked initially. Then I called tmobile and filed a claim. I left the watch to sit on my wrist off for 16 hours and in the morning I woke up and it was working. I have no idea what worked as I tried intermittently and it was still not working until I let it the battery exhaust. Once it charged it was working fine
