Frontier3 touch screen not working

Today my Frontier3 touch screen stopped responding. I performed a factory reset and now I cant do anything

I loved the s3 frontier, does the bezel still work? it could be to to natural wear and tear that the device has stopped working


feel free to reach out to 1800SAMSUNG for further diagnostics or when the stores reopen if one is close to you, take the watch in and get help from the Samsung team.

I tried all steps and nothing worked initially.  Then I called tmobile and filed a claim. I left the watch to sit on my wrist off for 16 hours and in the morning I woke up and it was working. I have no idea what worked as I tried intermittently and it was still not working until I let it the battery exhaust. Once it charged it was working fine
